Crispy, golden-brown breakfast potatoes made easily in an air fryer, perfect for any brunch spread.

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
