Crispy and golden-brown chicken tenders made healthier with the air fryer, perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs until well combined in another bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air Fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
