Delicious and quick air fryer cookies that are crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly dispersed.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto parchment paper and place in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Serve warm with milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
