Delicious air fryer corn on the cob that is sweet, tender, and slightly charred, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and remove any silk.
  3. Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the corn in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Serve with butter if desired.
