Ingredients

Scale
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped chicken or pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine the filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Prepare the wrappers: Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place a generous tablespoon of filling in the center.
  3. Roll it up!: Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Prepare the air fryer basket: Spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
