Experience the rich flavors of a perfectly cooked steak infused with garlic butter, all made effortlessly in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (810 oz each, 1-inch thick)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Bring your steaks to room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub both sides of each steak with olive oil, then season with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Combine softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl for the garlic butter.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove steaks and top with garlic herb butter immediately.
  8. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sides.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
