Juicy and tender air-fried pork chops with a crispy exterior, ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in olive oil and spices for one hour before cooking. Experiment with different spices for unique flavors.
