Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes under cool water to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly, aiming for uniform thickness—about 1/8 inch.
  3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt, adding any optional seasoning as desired.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Air Fry the potato slices in a single layer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Cool the chips slightly in the basket before serving.
