Quick and flavorful air fryer salmon bites that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve the salmon bites with fresh lemon wedges.
