A quick and easy method to cook a perfectly seared steak using an air fryer, yielding a juicy and flavorful result.

Ingredients

  • 1 steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the steak dry with a paper towel to remove moisture.
  3. Rub the steak all over with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the steak; add rosemary if desired.
  5. Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the steak for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove the steak and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with a simple arugula salad dressed in lemon vinaigrette. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
