Crispy, golden air-fried zucchini chips seasoned to perfection, making for a healthy and delightful snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Finish with Parmesan cheese if desired, immediately after cooking.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to retain crispiness.
