Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit mixture: In a large bowl, combine the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, miniature marshmallows, and shredded coconut. Give it a gentle stir to mix everything well.
  2. Create the creamy base: In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, chopped pecans, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the mixtures: Pour the creamy mixture into the bowl with your fruit. Gently fold the two mixtures together until they are well incorporated.
  4. Chill and meld the flavors: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
