  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Mix
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 cup Grated Apples
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine the Kodiak Cakes mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Blend the unsweetened applesauce, grated apples, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Slice and serve warm, optionally with butter or honey.
