  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then add powdered sugar, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until velvety.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cake layer.
  5. Spoon the apple pie filling over the cream cheese layer, ensuring even distribution and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
