A crispy, buttery garlic bread infused with rich Parmesan cheese, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread loaf diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces.
  3. Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  4. Spread the garlic-Parmesan mixture between each bread slice and brush the top with olive oil.
  5. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the butter is melted and the bread is heated.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to crisp the crust.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm and can be paired with pasta dishes, soups, or salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
