A comforting Bacon Cheeseburger Pie filled with savory ground beef, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a buttery pie crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in the crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the pie crust with the beef mixture evenly.
  5. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined, then pour over the beef layer in the pie crust.
  6. Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
