  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Slowly pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the Baileys mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Use immediately as a filling or frosting for cakes, cupcakes, or tarts.

Notes

Store leftover filling in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before using again.
