Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly in the yogurt marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
