Deliciously tender and caramelized pork ribs glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water to make a marinade.
  3. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, basting the ribs with the marinade.
  7. Serve the ribs hot, garnished with chopped green onions, if desired.

Notes

Marinate ribs overnight for deeper flavor. Baste during final baking for maximum caramelization.
