A luscious and creamy banana cream cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  5. Beat together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  6. Add in the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing until well incorporated.
  7. Pour the banana filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  10. Spread the whipped cream over the cheesecake and garnish with fresh banana slices.
