A luscious blend of creamy cheesecake and the comforting flavors of banana pudding on a buttery crust of vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the vanilla wafer cookies and mix with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and sliced bananas into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk in a separate bowl until thickened. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with additional sliced bananas and whipped topping before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Serve with caramel sauce or crushed vanilla wafers.
