  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Create the dry dredge mixture by combining cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in the cornstarch mixture until well coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  5. Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a separate bowl.
  6. Toss the fried chicken in the spicy sauce until fully coated.
