Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Taco shells
  • Lettuce, for serving
  • Diced tomatoes, for topping
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with bowls of flour, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Take each shrimp and dip it in the flour to coat.
  4. Next, dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
  5. Coat the shrimp in Panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure coverage.
  6. Place the breaded shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl for the sauce.
  8. Fill taco shells with baked shrimp, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions.
  9. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the tacos and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, ensure shrimp are patted dry before breading. Sauce can be made a day ahead.
