Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. Marinate the beef strips for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips and fry until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and scallions to the pan, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  6. Return the crispy beef to the pan and mix in the cooked noodles, tossing everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your stir-fry!

Notes

Pair with steamed jasmine rice or a fresh side salad. Add sweet chili sauce or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
