  • 1 package (14 oz) flaky pastry crust
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, seasoning with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano, cooking for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the flaky pastry crust and cut into circles approximately 5-6 inches in diameter.
