Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Optional: vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions) for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the beef: Season beef tenderloin pieces with salt, pepper, rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  3. Add garlic: Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
  4. Brown the beef: Add the tenderloin pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.

  6. Add soy sauce: Drizzle with soy sauce, stir well, and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve warm: Remove from heat and serve warm.
