A warm and creamy Beer Cheese Dip perfect for dipping pretzels or veggies, infused with sharp cheddar and a hint of beer.

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer (lager or ale)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl until well blended.
