Delightful savory bites filled with spiced sausage and melted cheddar, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the ground sausage, Bisquick mix, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Bake your sausage balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm, possibly with a side of honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These sausage balls can also be frozen uncooked and baked from frozen.
