  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toss the shrimp with the spice mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the shrimp to the hot skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing blackened shrimp on each tortilla, topped with shredded cabbage and sliced avocado.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side for a burst of citrus.
