Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Pickles
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into loose balls, about 4 to 6 ounces each.
  3. Smash the beef balls on the griddle to form thin patties; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Flip the patties after 2-3 minutes and add cheese on top to melt for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your choice of condiments.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use 80/20 ground beef for optimal flavor. Avoid overworking the meat during prep.
