A delightful blueberry cobbler that combines the tartness of fresh blueberries with a soft, buttery topping, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the fresh blueberries with 1/2 cup of sugar and toss gently.
  3. Whisk together the flour, remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Gradually stir in the milk and melted butter until blended smoothly.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Spoon the blueberry mixture over the batter, distributing evenly.
  7. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
