A creamy and fruity frosting made with fresh blueberries, perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Blend fresh blueberries until smooth.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and blended blueberries in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the frosting is too thick, add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend blueberries until completely pureed. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar according to your taste.
