An indulgent Blueberry Ganache Tart featuring a crumbly graham cracker crust, rich chocolate ganache, and topped with fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan firmly.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  5. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
  6. Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Pour the ganache into the cooled tart shell and spread it evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  10. Top with fresh blueberries before serving and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

For best results, let the ganache cool slightly before pouring it into the tart shell. You can swap blueberries for other berries or different types of chocolate for varied flavors.
