Healthy and delicious blueberry oatmeal bars, perfect for a snack or breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes
