  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and blueberries in a bowl until combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously between two slices of bread.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Dip each stuffed bread sandwich into the egg mixture.
  5. Cook the stuffed toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
