Delicious homemade Bounty bars made with coconut and chocolate, perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined square baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  4. Cut the coconut mixture into bars and dip each bar into the chocolate.
  5. Place the coated bars back on the lined dish and let them set in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
