A delightful Breakfast Casserole that combines fluffy eggs, savory ham, and melty cheddar cheese, perfect for a comforting Sunday brunch.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage
  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Add the bread cubes, cheese, and diced ham or sausage to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until set and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
