A delightful blend of tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and an irresistible garlic-ginger soy sauce that dances on your palate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the hot oil, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until it’s nicely browned and cooked through.
  4. Toss in your broccoli florets along with the soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  5. Season the stir fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve your broccoli chicken stir fry hot over a bed of cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
