Ingredients

  • 1 box 18.3 oz brownie mix (Any brand; check for halal certification.)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (Or melted coconut oil.)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (Optional.)
  • 1/4 cup nuts (Chopped walnuts or pecans; optional.)
  • A pinch salt (For added flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather all the ingredients and set up your workspace.
  3. Mix the brownie mix, egg, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until you have a thick batter.
  4. Add in the optional chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
  5. Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until semi-soft in the center.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes
