A decadent Brownie Sundae Cheesecake that combines rich chocolate brownies and creamy cheesecake for a delightful dessert experience.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chopped nuts
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan generously.
  2. Combine the brownie mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in a bowl until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well. Add the 2 eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie layer and smooth it out. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until set.
  5. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with nuts, and garnish with a cherry before serving.
