Warm, melted cheese, tender pasta, and a whirl of spicy Buffalo flavor create a comforting casserole perfect for weeknight dinners and tailgating.

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl until everything is nicely coated.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Stir in half of the shredded cheese and mix thoroughly to ensure it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Spread it out evenly, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, creating a delicious golden crust.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing or add veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
