A delightful Burrata Pasta recipe that combines creaminess with the freshness of tomatoes and basil for a satisfying dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., spaghetti, linguine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until the tomatoes are soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves.
  5. Serve the pasta topped with torn burrata cheese, allowing it to melt slightly, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
