Soft, fluffy rolls with a buttery glaze, perfect for any meal or as a comforting snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast (about 2.25 teaspoons)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (Halal-certified)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Additional melted butter (for brushing, optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Combine everything together by making a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Let it rise in a lightly greased bowl for about 1 hour.
  6. Shape the rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover the rolls and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake the rolls at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
  9. Brush with melted butter once out of the oven.

Notes

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
