A deliciously creamy fudge combining white chocolate and Cadbury mini eggs for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury cream eggs, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Easter Goodies: Remove from heat, then fold in the crushed Cadbury mini eggs and chopped Cadbury cream eggs.
  4. Add Vanilla Extract: Pour in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour and Spread: Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate: Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut and Enjoy: Remove from the dish and cut into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
