A delicious Cajun Chicken Pasta with creamy sauce and flavorful spices, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken slices generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; add to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Remove the chicken and add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened—about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta and mix well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to use other vegetables or a vegetarian protein.
