Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) to prepare for the baking magic ahead.
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs individually, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples and cinnamon, along with half of the caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in your springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake your cheesecake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Feel free to experiment with different types of apples.
