A comforting casserole blending savory ground beef and cheesy biscuit topping, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the ground beef mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Prepare the cheddar bay biscuit mix according to package instructions.
  6. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the ground beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
