  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggles.
  8. Cool in the pan for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with caramel sauce and chopped pecans before serving.
