  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or chives, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
