  • 12 oz smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-size pieces.
  5. Mix the sliced smoked sausage with the seasoned potatoes.
